Practice Technologies, Inc. has announced
that a number of major law firms have recently licensed RealPractice
Public Access, the company’s comprehensive library of transactional
documents and clauses created by America’s leading law firms. These
firms include Baker Botts, Holland & Knight, Burns & Levinson, Jones,
Walker, Keesal Young & Logan, Kramer Levin Naftalis & Frankel and
Weston Benshoof . This is the first full year the application was
available.
“Public Access was created to unlock the intellectual capital
of an entire nation of practitioners,” said Rudolph DeFelice, president
and chief executive officer of Practice Technologies, Inc. “Essentially,
we’ve taken the very best transactional documents available in the
public domain, and organized them by the criteria attorneys use
to think about work product—by type of document, parties, and governing
law provisions, among other criteria. The rapid adoption of Public
Access we’ve seen in the marketplace confirms that there was a pent-up
demand for this service—whether it’s to assist in drafting a particular
document or to investigate how a party on the other side of a deal
has treated this type of transaction previously.”
