Practice Technologies, Inc. is happy to announce that the law firm of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom has licensed RealPractice™ ACE Profiler™ to assist attorneys in the identification and use of work product residing within the firm. ACE Profiler will be incorporated within Skadden’s document management system, providing the functionality of RealPractice Private Access™ through the firm’s document management system interface.
“This is a very exciting announcement for Practice Technologies, Inc.,” said Rudolph DeFelice, the company’s president and chief executive officer. “We’re thrilled to have a firm of Skadden’s reputation recognize the validity of our work product retrieval concept. Our first work product retrieval solution, RealPractice Private Access, analyzes documents in the firm’s DMS behind the scenes, but has its own interface for search and retrieval. With ACE Profiler, there will be no need for users to learn a second product; the document profiling and categorization functionality of RealPractice will be embedded right in the firm’s document management system.”
RealPractice ACE Profiler brings the power of RealPractice Private Access, the gold-standard in law firm Work Product Retrieval, to a variety of search interfaces, including a firm’s existing DMS. RealPractice Private Access leverages the categorization and extraction of the ACE engine to provide pin-point search and retrieval through the RealPractice interface. ACE Profiler enables firms to take advantage of this categorization and extraction through other search tools, enhancing the existing search experience while maintaining an interface with which users are already familiar.
