Baker Botts, DLA Piper Rudnick Gray Cary, and Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom Among Leading Firms Adopting RealPractice™ Suite.
Venice, California, January 17, 2006

Practice Technologies, Inc. has closed its most successful year with a 4th quarter that saw numerous prestigious national law firms adopt the company’s RealPractice™ Suite for work product retrieval and court rules compliance.  In addition to tripling its customer base in 2005, Practice Technologies also tripled its revenue and doubled its workforce.

“It has been one of the greatest experiences in my career to watch Practice Technologies grow from a vague idea to the entity it’s become,” said Rudolph DeFelice, president and chief executive officer of Practice Technologies, Inc.  “When we introduced the concept of work product retrieval, many firm partners and technology executives were scratching their heads.  Now, we have scores of prestigious clients across the country who have embraced our task-based approach to information retrieval, whether that information resides inside the firm, in the public domain, or in a proprietary database that we’ve created.  I can’t applaud our clients enough for the initiative and farsightedness they’ve shown in adopting a new approach to solving an old problem.”

Premiere law firms that licensed components of the RealPractice Suite in the fourth quarter of 2005 include:

Baker Botts - based in Houston, Texas, with approximately 700 lawyers in ten offices in six countries
Cooley Godward - based in Palo Alto, California, with approximately 450 attorneys in seven offices
